The rental counter was running on printed PDFs filled out by hand. We modernized the flow, bringing customer details, certification and gear requests into a digital check in that keeps the shop moving.
From printed PDFs to ready to rent.
Every rental used to start with pen and paper. We brought the intake onto a phone friendly screen, with license barcode scanning or manual entry, certification details and equipment requests in one flow. Staff can move on to assigning gear and completing signing at the counter. The visual shows a proposed next step: simple picture tiles for fins, regulators, BCs and weight belts.
