The event was relying on several printed PDF forms filled out by hand. We turned those separate paper flows into clear digital routes for vendors, performers, actors, crew and sponsors. Behind the branded application hub, we built full event management software so the organizer can manage the event in one place, from bringing people on board to running the haunt.
